Hi Mike, I think the only way to do this is to get the time from your application and hardcode a mathematical equation that subtracts the number of hours. To my knowledge I don't think there is a tag that takes it from GMT and converts it to local. If your server is running the current time perhaps you can just get the timestamp from that?
