Reverse lookup is failing:  the reverse (PTR) records don't map to your server 
A records.

But it looks like both ics7 and ics9 (two witango instances?) map to 
207.170.44.200, so I don't know 
how you finesse this with DNS.  You might need two virtual interfaces, each 
with their own (private) IP 
address, and mapped to the witango instance, so you can set up the in-addr 
records.
