Not familiar with the Mail Server but the format for RAW
is specified under RFC 822 and newer RFC 2822

A customer of mine has a subscriber newsletter service that compiles a

sends it to over 6000 subscribers.

I am looking to convert the system to OS X Server's Mail which is
Postfix/Cyrus. Can anyone tell me if there is a 'Incoming' type folder where
I can write these files and any specifics about the file format to be
acceptable as a HTML email?

BTW, the reason for not using the MAIL action or <@email> tags is that the mail servers are not quick enough to process the volume of ail generated.
