The =20 comes from mime "quoted-printable" format
the default Character set is ISO 8859-1 (Latin-1)
which puts a linewrap at 72 chars.

try changing the character set to US ASCII
and set the line length to like 120

I have always used the Witango to send e-Mail with no problem. I have
noticed that Witango always replaces spaces with =20 which has never been a
problem.

I have a webmail program called Icewarp that I have also used for many
years. Today I noticed that Icewarp does not correctly interpret the =20
back to a space. In fact it completely ignores it and the words all run
together.

While I investigate a fix for Icewarp, does anyone know if Witango can be
made to NOT insert the =20 character instead of a space.

BTW: I'm using text-formatted e-Mail, not HTML.
