If you are using linux, just command line apps like FTP and CURL.
There is also a CURL for windows.
For windows, I have used this, and its free.

Hi Everyone,
I need to dynamically send files over the Internet via FTP from
Witango.
I suspect that the easiest way to do this is with some command line
FTP
program that I run as an external action. This FTP program would
have to
be able to take multiple commands this way to set up the transfer.
It may also be possible to use an FTP COM object that is compatible
with
Witango 5.5 if it exists. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks in advance,
Stefan
