Anyone can join the ADC as an Online Member for free. You can
download the required version of Java SE 6.0 Release 1 Developer
Preview 6 once you've logged in. You'll find it under 'Java' in the
'Downloads section on the right side of the welcome page.

You will need 1.6 V of Javascript for Mac which is hard to find if
you are not an ADC member and 1.6 Update 2 for Windows also which
is much easier to get.
In fact if someone knows a backdoor to the Mac 1.6 version I would
love to have it.
