this indicates that two Tango processes are trying to use the same port. Take a look at the process monitor to make sure there isn't a zombie Tango server that didn't get properly killed.

My main application is now 2.5M in size. Does this have anything to do with it? Should I split the Tango 2000 application in half anyway?
