I forgot to mention…I downloaded the demo of the drivers before I
bought them, and those worked just fine (Universal version). As soon
as I installed the purchased license file for the drivers, everything
stopped working. The databases show up in the Workspace, but when I
click the triangle toggle to expose the tables, I get the beach ball
spinner and Witango just hangs.

see the non-universal drivers and various other things. The odd
experience was that with MyODBC failing, then OpenLink failing,

trial-and-error that solved the problem. I can't say exactly what
it was, though.
This was all relative to MySQL, not MS SQL.
