second that. Not giving up totally but from a business standpoint,
having no community of jr's to pull from is a serious issue. I do know
a few shops that roll their own by converting php coders. Frankly in
out case, it just doesn't seem to be viable to have to take that
approach.

Because of the small market that WiTango has, product pricing is
expensive
because it can only be sold to a limited amount of people. The cost to
develop WiTango for the latest operating systems is a huge expense,
which is
passed on to us.
With Enterprises also did website development as a business. Their
website
and the company name can't be found anywhere on the internet either.
The website has not been updated in well over a year, and there is no
response from WiTango when you email them. There has been no
marketing of
any kind on this list from WiTango itself.
I'm also a member of the Cold Fusion list, and I get about 200
emails a day
on that list.
With all that being said, if you do the math, it really doesn't look
too
good for WiTango. It reminds me alot of the demise of the Amiga
computer.

Perhaps Witango should become open source and witango technologies
should
concentrate on support licenesing only. It's a good product, but too
expensive compared to what is out there. With open source, the
community
could grow faster.

Maybe "no news is good news" as far as the list being quiet.
Nobody is reporting problems, maybe things are just working smoothly
for everyone (:
Either that or everybody else has left...
Maybe we should have a roll-call?
PRESENT, and I brought my pencil ;-)
