I found what is going on,
and Im pretty sure this is a Witango error message in Response to a
MySql Error.
This is one of those cases where the search action is set to "Include
if Empty" to prevent all records coming back
so the sql going thru Witango to Mysql has a where like "WHERE
(s1.uid=)".
No that i know the location, I will add an Error Html to that action,
to better control this unexpected error
The main issue I am still researching is how could the values be null,
with the field set to default=0, there are only a few in 700,000 records

I am not using this string in any code on the site, so I trying to

1. Witango server error (I don't have latest list of errors)
2. MySql server error
3. IIS Error
