I might be way off base here, but maybe try assigning the XML into a
variable instead of an argument?
<@ASSIGN name="TestXMLVar" scope="request" value="<@ARG TestXML>">
Then in the <@URL> assignment..
.... &xml=@@request$TestXMLVar
If that doesn't work perhaps do this in the <@URL>?
&xml='<@VAR TestXMLVar scope="request" encoding="metahtml">'
Just a thought, if I'm wrong someone please correct me! :)
