Tango 3 was the first version to have @URL but only supported http Tango 4 (T2K) SP1 was the first version to support https on Windows & Unix, and also supports POST arguments Initially (on the windows platform) this was limited by key length, but this restriction was later lifted and is OS dependent (uses OS APIs/libraries)
