your going to have to create a separate search action which get the
distinct manager id and name
then your going to have to change the output to make the pulldown get
its data from this new search action you did prior
this is custom, and can't be done in search builder

The BossID contains the ID of the boss' record.
I have a typical taf built from the search builder.
In the RecordDetail when I'm displaying the Worker's information, I

display his boss' name instead of his boss' ID. How do I
do that.
