I have been using ActivePDF and it works well. I use a combination of Witango and asp to get the job done. I load all data as variables and pass them to an asp page and then create and stream the data into a pdf. As for streaming out the data, I am not sure what you mean. If the data is being changed, you could change the variables and reinsert the data back into the db.
