You have to use the sort of hidden, 32 bit odbc setup control panel. I don't remember location, hopefully someone else will remember, or do it more frequently.

to further complicate matters even though my user account is in the administrators group when I try to create a new data source in Witango it tell me I am not logged in as an adminstrator. I guess that is some sort of security issue but I do not know how to get around it.
