I have many php servers in the cloud, and a few witango. Best decision I ever
made for several reasons.

Cost
I can easily adjust the instance size to meet the needs of the app(s) and so
only pay for what I need.
No maintenance on hardware.
Uptime
witango runs just fine on EC2 WinSvr2003r2 machines.
Uptime is amazing, you just deal with the normal witango type crashes and
issues.
Cool factor
This part has been interesting, but clients have heard of the cloud, and if you
are not there, it is a bit harder to sell if they know about it.
When I explain the cloud, and how my systems work, and scalability, and uptime,
yada, yada, it is a major selling point.

I came from a Colo facility that I maintained with my own hardware for years. I
am never going back. Its a steep learning curve, but well worth the effort.

Anyone need some extra servers? ;-)
