MC, If your Witango service is crashing to point where it is no longer running (you can hit the Start button in the services control panel)
Then setting the recovery options to restart the service will work as expected. Normally when this happens there is a stack trace put into the witangoevents.log. That information, if there, may help me correct the underlying issue. I just noticed that under the "Properties" of the "Witango Service", there's a "Recover" tab where you can set the options to recover the service. I have just set the option to "Restart the Service" on "First Failure", "Second Failure" and "Subsequent Failures". Has anyone done this on their Windows 2003 server? Does it restart the Witango service when it gone death suddenly? I couldn't tell yet not until the Witango service stops again. Thanks!
