Robert, For testing, Razzak Memon at R:BASE Technologies will provide you will trial versions of Oterro 9.1 (32) and Oterro 9.1 (64), expiring January 15, 2011.
The "32" or "64" doesn't have to do with Windows operating systems, it has to do with the size of data and index pointers in two families of R:BASE databases. the 32-bit ones are ones that need compatibility with legacy (DOS) versions of R:BASE. Both versions of Oterro are 32-bit Windows applications. Some of us may have 32-bit databases for testing, some of us may have 64-bit databases. You'll get links for downloading these ODBC engines tomorrow, either from me, or directly from R:BASE Technologies.
