Steve: It looks like setting up a share point may have changed the
permissions for the folder/files.  I've found that apple talk (share
points) and webserver don't cooperate well (stick to using FTP and SSH
to manage the files on the webserver.

You need to look at your files in your web directory a make certain
that they belong to group www
