Hello!
We have just split off the meta-URI syntax from the auth URI we were
discussing before. We would like to hear some feedback, particularly
around that "IPv6 literals" thing...
(Yeah, we went over RFC 3986 again, just to see if we hadn't missed
anything... turned out we might have.)
