Dear Christian,

We have a similar situation like you describe for webtoolkit.eu.
There, we have apache as web-server, but we use the build-in http
server instead of fastcgi. We configure apache to be a reverse-proxy
to the examples:
ProxyPass          /wt/examples/hello/ http://localhost:1407/
ProxyPassReverse   /wt/examples/hello/ http://localhost:1407/

Getting the fastcgi to work on windows is a non-trivial task, and as
we have a good alternative using the reverse-proxy configuration
described above, it is unlikely that you will see fastcgi on windows
soon. If there is real interest in having fastcgi on Windows, please
let us know.

Kind regards,
Wim.
