How to avoid the subj?
In browser URL is pretty (without ?wtd=GpwV9GItj8Jwbtzw&rand=48247).
When I press refresh in browser, application reloads.

Problem goes away if I manually copy-paste ugly URL
from httpd-access.log into the browser address line and only after that
refresh.
Then application refreshes without reloading.
In wt_config.xml
reload-is-new-session has been set to true/false with no effect. URL is
still pretty.
