If that file is on your hard drive, your boost library path is not set correctly. Use cmake to fix it. Otherwise, you did not install (or compile) all required versions of the boost library (this is some multithreaded debug version). Did you follow the method explained in our Wiki? http://www.webtoolkit.eu/wt/wiki/index.php/Installing_Wt_2.1_on_MS_Windows
