To me it is a pity that support for this Wt based desktop stuff has been
discontinued.

A Wt based desktop running wt-applications is IMO a very
useful feature. Especially if the user would need to login only once to
get access to her portfolio of applications. Just like on a real desktop.

It would really be cool if you would make us happy and include this
feature soon.
