Hello,

I copy-pasted your example and built it both in 'Release' and 'Debug'
against our current development branch (very close to what is in CVS)
with boost 1.36 on VS2005 and VS2008. Everything ran without problem.
Maybe it is a build problem? VS does not always get the dependencies
right when cmake regenerates the project files, so I took a habit of
deleting the entire build directory when the generated project files
are overwritten.

Regards,
Wim.
