I don't know. I once used netscape 1.1 on the Wt homepage and I could
see most of the text.

Wt is one of the few toolkits where most elements work well when
JavaScript is disabled - it is often heard that JavaScript heavy
websites typically cause problems for screen readers (is it?). The
screen reader I tried is for example capable of reading the homepage
and following all links. I don't know enough on this topic to say more
sensible things, but I believe the application writer has at least an
as big responsibility toward WAI-compliance as the toolkit authors. We
haven't received motivated negative WAI-related feedback so far :-),
but we're always interested in improving the toolkit...
