Hello, I'm using the build-in-server from witty, so I can't find out how to configure my apache with the http-connector. My Distribution don't support mod_fastcgi, so it uses mod_fcgi. But with this, FastCgiServer don't work (Invalid command 'FastCgiServer', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration), and I don't know how to configure it.
So is it possible to add a section in your documentation for mod_fcgid?
