Can Wt consider adding a fill widget for Ext::ToolBar that would push elements
to the right of it? The widget will basically be like Ext::ToolBarSeparator
except with createJS() like this:

virtual std::string createJS(Wt::DomElement *inContainer)
{
return elVar() + "=new Ext.Toolbar.Fill();"; // magic here
}

This may be the lamest widget ever proposed -- it litterally adds "nothing";
but its good for organizing.

Thank you for your time.
