That sounds like a pretty simple interface that would be very well
possible to make with wt.
I think that the easiest way to demonstrate this, is to take a look at
the hello.C example. In greet(), put your calculations and your output
instead of the current greeting message. Add some CSS stuff
(setStyleClass()) to make it look good.

Next, turn the functionality that you have into a widget (inherit from
WContainerWidget, or even better, from WCompositeWidget), and
instantiate this widget in the hello.C example. You now have a
reusable shortest-path calculator widget.

To use this widget in a portal-style fashion, take a look at the
homepage or widgetgallery examples. They demonstrate how you can use a
menu to switch between content. Insert your reusable widget there,
plus other widgets you have developed by now ;-) The widget gallery is
btw a good point to get an idea of what kind of widgets are included
in Wt.

Alternatively, use Wt's widgetset mode (again, see example) to
incorporate your widget in an already existing portal, much like you
can incorporate google maps into an existing website.
