Wt is suitable for high performance, complex web applications, fully AJAX
enabled and at the same time entirely accessible and Search Engine
Optimized.
The C++ version of Wt as well as its Java version integrates well with
existing libraries.
Therefore Wt is scalable.
Sorry, but I dont clearly understand what is "large scale web app"?
