And I installed a visual studio 2005 English version.
Try to compile 3.1.3
When I open the file WAbstractItemView.C in visual studio

I cannot see this quotation mark in the editor. So, compile error.
wt.lib cannot be produced.
I added this quotation mark and recompile, it is ok.
