You can use 
setBodyClass<http://www.webtoolkit.eu/wt/doc/reference/html/classWt_1_1WApplication.html#a8fe83406981a556da61a843bb691674>to
replace the style of the interface.
Please go to the wt's redmine and make a feature request for
removeStyleSheet and/or an overloaded useStyleSheet that has a media
attribute.
