I flushed the Firefox cache, rebuilt dialogtest2.cpp on Linux with today's git
(commit 2d123817fccfaa67b80d1b450d5c42cc576e50e6) and the dialog window still
grows when displayed on Firefox 3.6.10 on Mac 10.6.4.

Oddly enough, the dialog box does *not* grow when displayed on Firefox 3.6.9 on
Linux.
