Incidently (!), I just implemented this in my git copy, to have native
support for internal paths in WText and WTemplate. It will take an
anchor with href of the form "#/pagename" (using an XML parser) and
transform in the same way as a WAnchor with a
setInternalPath("/pagename").
I still need to push this to the git repository however... expect to
find it there somewhere in the next week.
