OK, Final patch for cookies attached.

It enables the 'Secure' flag on cookies, defaults to false.

It adds the HttpOnly flag .. defaults to true. This also affects Witty
Session cookies.

It also adds an 'expires' section. I read that some old IEs need that
.. otherwise the cooke just ends up being a session cookie:

So if you pass like: Max-Age: 3600 .. it'll implicitly add Expires:
(now + 3600 seconds) ..

Should help some IE browsers have cookies that last a longer time.
