Parvinder, Wt sends only a bootstrap page, which is later updated by javascript. Browsers don't show the updates when you do a 'view source code', so in case of Wt you'll only see the bootstrap code.
There are two methods to see the current html page: (1) as suggested before, use firebug, which does show you the updated html tree, or (2) disable JavaScript in your browser, in which case Wt will always send you full pages since it can't use JS to update pages.
