I don't clearly understand what exactly you store in the database -
a file (if so, how are you store it - as large object or in a bytea cell of
a regular table) or just path to the file which resides on the database
server...
But anyway you should specialize WResource or WStreamResource
(which seems to be a better for this case) classes.
