I think he is asking something like as we do in php to by giving the
path of files to run that file,
e,g /var/www/p.php

As I have understood, He might be want to make a link to some other
file so that after clicking on that link, output of that file displays
on the browser. in the website he is making.

But Unfortunately I am also unable to help him Because I have also not
done anything like this.

Good Suggestion, Doing practice is always good.
I will suggest him the book of C & C++  by Robert Lafore
