I have tried void Wt::WAnchor::setRef ( const std::string & *url* ) like
this way
void Wt::WAnchor::setRef ( const std::string & "http://localhost*
/website/source/part1.C"* , "blog")
blog is link-name. it show error. my application placed in www root folder.
how it is solved.
