This is a joke, right? Sorry, but ... I mean you put the links to the
documentation there and want to get help? ... Are you serious? Have
you even tried to read them? Wt::WFileUpload is pretty straightforward.
Same applies to Wt::WFileResource ... Come on, this is a joke, right?
Honestly, have you even opened the links and came across the simple
examples?

Read that, it's pretty good. For MySQL you have to use code
 from some guy (don't remember the link, but google should help)
because of license restriction stuff.

One question: Have you looked at the examples Wt brings along?
