mine is always apache2+mod_fcgi+mysql for 5 years:-)
The log is following:
1. first log in the system(210.31.7.39) from my pc(210.31.7.37), log said:

2.Click System->Files anchor into the new internal path: /sys/files, log
said:

3. Click Browse to select a file to be uploaded, when selected, log said
the following. this time, my WFileUpload(FileUploadItem) widget should emit
uploaded() signal and show the file details, but did not.

4. Leave the page alone for several seconds, update the log file, it said
