What about using KDE's SMOKE? Richard Dale succeeded in using it for WtRuby
back in Wt 2.2.x times. IIRC the main difficulty was instantiating each and
every Boost templated class, and he even got that working.
This is precisely the right moment to try SMOKE for Wt, as Richard and Arno
are working on the next version of SMOKE for KDE 5.
