I found my error...

In: /etc/wt/wt_config.xml

In the server I changed:
<reload-is-new-session>true</reload-is-new-session> to false, and after
F5 the WMenu stop working.

Maybe is a bug, I don't known.

ps.:  I'm using a version from Jan-11-2013
