I tested again yesterday, and again today, using the main webtoolkit.eu site, and the Hangman regitration page worked this time. Did the site change? And to respond to http://redmine.webtoolkit.eu/issues/1750#note-2, yes, http://kipwip.webtoolkit.eu/wt/examples/hangman-game/hangman.wt does work for me as well.
