Hello Muhammad,
We actually ran into the identical error message this week, while we were
reinstalling the build server. I don't know exactly what caused this
problem, it must have been some installation combination of MSVS compilers.
After I installed MSVS2010 SP1, the error went away and Wt compiles fine.
I'm also in the process of making some changes to winstng; there are a few
remaining problems with winstng currently.
