I use MyHosting.com, I can get 200 GB of storage at the cheapest rate I
can find, I use Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, I pay over $40 a month (11 cores, 6 GB
RAM, 2 IP, 600 GB Bandwidth: Developers), but you can customize the cost
to fit you needs.
I look for cheaper and better, but have not found one yet.
