It should work.

If you want to build Wt with all its dependencies, the easiest way is
probably to add support for MinGW to winstng:

https://elpauer.assembla.com/spaces/winstng/stream

For the parts that may need some work, search for "MSVC" in
cmake/CMakeLists.txt
