No, that is not possible - the browsers see this as a security risk.
Note that you can find some tricks/hacks on the internet to change the
styling, something along the lines of making the browser's upload elements
transparent and putting a nice button under it or similar. You can do the
same tricks for Wt's WFileUpload.
