I haven't looked myself, but I would expect SF to include some docs on how to do the conversion. On the SVN mailing list I often come across people that want to convert CVS to SVN and they almost always succeed. There are some scripts out there that do the trick. I haven't done this conversion myself, but I think it's pretty trivial.
