Summary: Extend the MsiRMFilesInUseDontUseRM check box width

Initial Comment:
The text MsiRMFilesInUseDontUseRM does not extend to
the full width of the dialog box. However, in the
Dutch translation this text gets wrapped.
It is quite silly that it gets wrapped when then whole
text does not extend to the full width of the dialog.

See attached screenshot

Reopening this, because there is no way I can get the full
information of the original text in 64 characters.

A work around may be to add another label that describes
the two possible actions. (A user-friendly version
of "Setup can save the state of these programs, close them
and restart them after Setup. If you don't choose this
option, your system will require a reboot after Setup") and
reduce the text of the two checkboxes to "Close these
programs now" / "Restart my computer later".

I assume other languages (eg German) may also run in this.

The width doesn't matter because radio button text is very
limited in length (64 characters). Any longer and the
package won't validate. So strings need to be reworded to
fit, even if it's no longer a translation.
